Our returns and cancellations Policy
In the rare event that you wish to return a product to us you should notify us of the reason within 48 hours of receipt of the goods by e-mailing email@example.com. Returns should be made in the original, undamaged packaging, and we reserve the right to withhold a percentage of the refund value of returned goods if the product or packaging is in such a condition that the item needs to be reduced in price for resale. We would note that frozen product should be returned using the appropriate transport to preserve it's condition otherwise no credit will be given for the return. Products should be returned to Natures Menu Ltd, Threxton Road Industrial Estate, Watton, Norfolk, England IP25 6NG and proof of despatch emailed to us. Refunds will only be paid in respect of Products returned to us in accordance with these Terms for goods that are damaged or faulty.
We regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of perishable goods unless they arrive damaged, faulty or not the item that has been ordered. If any of these circumstances should prevail please use the procedures explained within the returns section above by notifying us within 48 hours of receipt of the goods and returning the goods accordingly.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
'Product' means a product displayed for sale on the website;
'Product Description' means that part of the website where certain terms and conditions in respect of the individual Product are provided;
'Special Conditions' means any terms and conditions in the Product Description;
'Users' means the users of the website collectively;
'Personal Information' means the details provided by you on registration;
'Cookies' means small text files which our website places on your computer's hard drive to store information about your shopping session and to identify your computer;.
'UK Mainland' means England, Wales and Scotland;
'United Kingdom' means England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands;
